Use the Level 10 Agenda Template to create a version of this meeting for your practice.
Customize it by:
- Adding your own Scorecard metrics
- Including your practice’s Rocks
- Listing common issues you want to solve as a team
- Choosing who should attend and lead each section

Using the Elevate and Delegate Worksheet, list out your weekly responsibilities. Divide them into four quadrants:
- Love it / Great at it
- Like it / Good at it
- Don’t like it / Good at it
- Don’t like it / Not good at it
Circle all the items in quadrants 3 and 4. Choose two tasks to delegate this quarter. Then ask yourself:
- Who on my team might GWC this?
- Is this clearly in someone’s seat on the Accountability Chart?
- What support or training do they need?
