Build Your Accountability Chart

• Download the Accountability and Leadership Worksheet
• Define your key practice functions
• List the responsibilities for each seat
• Leave the names off for now—focus on structure
• Begin assessing: Who “Gets it, Wants it, and has the Capacity” for each role?

Instructions: Use this worksheet during performance reviews, team development, or hiring. Evaluate whether a team member is in the right seat by answering the three core GWC questions for each key role or team member.

Use the Level 10 Agenda Template to create a version of this meeting for your practice.

Customize it by:

• Adding your own Scorecard metrics
• Including your practice’s Rocks
• Listing common issues you want to solve as a team
• Choosing who should attend and lead each section

Make it your own—but stick to the structure. Once this becomes a weekly rhythm, it will transform your team’s ability to execute.

Using the Elevate and Delegate Worksheet, list out your weekly responsibilities. Divide them into four quadrants:

• Love it / Great at it
• Like it / Good at it
• Don’t like it / Good at it
• Don’t like it / Not good at it

Circle all the items in quadrants 3 and 4. Choose two tasks to delegate this quarter. Then ask yourself:

• Who on my team might GWC this?
• Is this clearly in someone’s seat on the Accountability Chart?
• What support or training do they need?

Implement a 30-day plan to elevate yourself and empower someone else.
