Meet Dr. Valerie Woo, a distinguished name in pediatric dentistry, bringing a blend of expertise, compassion, and dedication to NOVA Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics in Ashburn, VA. Dr. Woo's journey in dentistry is marked by academic excellence and a deep commitment to her field.

Dr. Woo's path in dentistry began at the University of Maryland, where she excelled in Neurobiology and Physiology, earning her BS with Honors. Her passion for dentistry led her to Harvard University - School of Dental Medicine, where she not only earned her DMD cum laude but also immersed herself in pediatric dentistry, completing both her internship and residency at Harvard's esteemed Children’s Hospital in Boston.


Licensure and Certification

Her professional expertise is backed by a comprehensive set of certifications. Dr. Woo is a Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist, licensed to practice in Virginia. Her commitment to her young patients' safety is evident in her certifications in Pediatric Advanced Life Support and Basic Life Support for Health Providers.
