This module helps you create systems that bring calm, design a home and environment that supports your flow, and even use personal style as a form of self-expression. You’ll also explore financial flow, ensuring this season feels aligned not only emotionally but practically.
Module 6 – Sustaining Your Soul
This final module centers you in practices that last. You’ll learn how to cultivate gratitude and stillness, embrace The Rhythm of Reflection™, and use seasonal and yearly retreat guides (solo, couple’s, or with friends) to reset and refocus. With faith, purpose, and joy as your anchors, you’ll build a soul-sustaining rhythm that carries you through.
